Temporary 30mph speed limit on Blackpool Road near the Leagate

There wiil be a temporary 30mph limit from A583/A584 (Blackpool Road/Freckleton Road) junction to the beginning of the Preston residential area at house 1002 on Blackpool Road from 11th March to 22nd April – this will faciltate site access during works to the canal adjacent to the A583.

£1m to help pupils in Lancashire catch up
